March 07 Alex's 2-Month Checkup--editedAlex returned to Dr. Grandpa's office this morning, this time for his 2-month well baby check up, and...Duh-duh-duh-duhhhhhhnnn--SHOTS. Here's how it all went down: Alex did great. He was in a wonderful mood, right up until the part when they stuck needles in his legs, but even then, he got his screams out and that was that. By the time we left the office, he was sound asleep. What a big boy. Here are his stats: Weight: 11 pounds, 14 ounces (he's gained a 10 ounces--earlier I said one ounce, but he went from 11-04 to 11-14--just since last week). Height: 22.75 inches. "He's tall," Dr. Grandpa commented. I hope he stays tall and doesn't inherit my altitudinal deficiency. Head Circumference: 15.5 inches. He's getting so big! Oh, and hello? Who's providing that grow-juice that is obviously doing the body good? Yes, that would be me, thank you very much!  He's almost big enough to actually enjoy the Bumbo.  Ride 'em Cowboy!
